To fly to Hawaii as a U.S. citizen, you need a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a state driver's license, or a U.S. passport.

Your spouse, significant other, family members or close friends are welcome to join as your guest to celebrate your success! All guests must 1) be 21 years of age or older, and 2) either live in your household or in the same market as you do. If your guest does not reside in the same market as you do, you will be responsible for flight and transportation accommodations.

All details will be provided within one week of departure. Please be sure to complete your flight information form and return it to coe@lgihomes.com within 48 hours of receipt.

The ʻAha o ka Poʻokela Dinner is an invitation-only event. Attendees of this outdoor dinner should dress in tropical resort chic attire. For women, flat, or low-wedge sandals are recommended due to uneven terrain.

The Loyalty Recognition Event and Circle of Excellence Awards Gala is tropical business professional attire this year. Think polished and professional with a refined island influence - lightweight fabrics, tailored silhouettes, and coastal-inspired colors paired with elevated, business-appropriate style. The look should feel sophisticated, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a tropical resort setting.

For Women | Tailored dresses, elegant midi skirts, or lightweight suiting pieces in breathable fabrics work well. Opt for soft tropical hues or subtle prints, paired with refined sandals, wedges, or heels.

For Men | Lightweight suits or tailored trousers paired with a crisp button-up and blazer is ideal. Finish the look with loafers or dress shoes. Ties are optional but neat, tailored styling is encouraged.

The Sunset Social Welcome Reception and Circle of Excellence Celebration Luau are outdoor events set in beautiful tropical surroundings. Embrace the relaxed island vibe with tropical-inspired, island attire that’s comfortable yet polished.

For Women | Flowy midi or maxi dresses, lightweight jumpsuits, or a chic top paired with linen trousers or a skirt, finished with comfortable sandals.

For Men | Short-sleeve linen or cotton button-ups-solid, subtly printed, or lightly floral-paired with chinos or tailored shorts and comfortable loafers or clean sandals.

Gather your luggage from baggage claim and walk to the transportation area. A staff member from the transportation company, Kokua Destination Services, will greet you with an LGI Homes sign and walk you to your shuttle. Shuttles will then take you to The Ritz-Carlton Maui.

This year LGI Homes will be providing breakfast for all attendees and their guest on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at the Banyan Tree. Please join us for a delicious morning meal to kick-off your day.

This year’s Circle of Excellence attendees receive a special $100 credit to be used at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Spa. This credit may be used on spa services or retail purchases at The Ritz-Carlton Maui Spa Shop in Kapalua only. To take advantage of this credit, please visit the spa and charge the bill to your room for your services. The credit will be applied at hotel check-out.
